We assess all drivers before they drive your vehicle
The Judith Hearn Agency run a qualified driver assessment programme. This includes initial assessments of any driver being considered for employment, which are completed post interview. We find this element of our business strategy is welcomed by our customers (and insurers) and ensures the ultimate in employee placement.
We appreciate the potential risks involved within the transport industry and minimising these risks for our customers and other road users is paramount. A comprehensive assessment report can be made available upon request, for all of our drivers.

In the unforunate event that a driver is involved in an incident whilst at work, we also encourage re-assessment as a corrective training tool. The performance of our drivers are monitored daily, where neccessary, annual assessments are also carried out.
